Face Any Temptations Lately?

NEW DAY SERMON

The season of Lent always opens with the story of Jesus’ temptation in the wilderness from either Matthew, Mark or Luke.  The question for us as we engage this story is whether God is concerned about our petty temptations like chocolate or expensive baubles or fast cars … or whether God looks into our life-spirit for what makes us tick at the deepest level of our soul.
