We’ve all been new to something one time or another in our lives. We want to make sure that folks who are new to our family of faith feel at home. Here are a couple of upcoming events for new and prospective members.
Spring 2016 New Member Class Reunion
If you joined our congregation during the spring of 2016, then you are invited to our New Member Reunion on September 25 during the Sunday School hour. We will meet at 9:15 am in the Church Café for light refreshments, time to re-meet some of your class-mates and shepherds, and good fellowship. See you there!
New Member Class
Are you interested in becoming a member. Whether you are new to St. Peter’s or you are a long time visitor, it’s a perfect time to join the St. Peter’s family of faith. New member sessions are on October 2 at 9:15am in Room 102 and October 16 at 9:15am in the Youth Lounge. Contact the pastors for questions and more information.
Why Membership?
Visitors are always welcome and may fully be part of worship and the life of the church. When you become a member of our faith family, you become more deeply woven into the fabric of our ministries. We find that when an individual becomes a member they become part and parcel the mission of St. Peter’s. As a member you grow in faith and the church grows in its ability to answer Jesus’ call in the world today.
